How does the building pickup work?+
Our walker arrives at your building lobby at a scheduled time each day. You bring your dog down (or let the doorman know), and we handle the rest. All dogs from the building go out together as a pack.
Are walkers background-checked?+
Absolutely. Every Packd walker goes through a comprehensive background check, is fully insured and bonded, and completes our proprietary training program before their first walk.
What if my dog doesn't get along with others?+
We do a free temperament assessment before your dog joins the pack. If your pup needs a little extra time to warm up, we'll work with you on a gradual introduction plan. Some dogs just need a few walks to find their groove!
Can I skip weeks?+
Yes! Life happens. You can pause or skip weeks anytime through your account — no questions asked, no extra fees.
What areas do you serve?+
